BOROUGH OF CLIFFSIDE PARK BERGEN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY   NOTICE FOR LEGAL NOTICES   Please take notice that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 35:1-1 et seq. and P.L. 2025, c. 72, beginning January 1, 2026, the complete text of all legal notices required to be published by the Borough of Cliffside Park shall be obtained or viewed by the public on the Borough’ Official Internet Website: www.CliffsideParkNJ.gov. Public Notices, including but not limited to meetings dates, scheduled changes by the Mayor and Council, Rent Control Board, Planning Board, Board of Adjustment (Zoning) Board, Land Use changes, Public Bidding, Notification of Ordinances and Tax Sales shall be posted on the Borough’s website.   On or about March 2026, a hyperlink to the Secretary of State’s webpage showing public legal notices will be published on the Borough of Cliffside Park’s website as well as in the printed public notice.   This Public Notice shall print twice a month by the Borough’s official newspaper.   The Record/Herald: 1/9, 1/23/26 Fee:$51.04       11977076
