BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a AMENDED WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 11th day of February, 2026 the following property to-wit:
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Section Eighteen (18), Township Five (5) North, Range One (1) East (Sec. 18, T5N, R1E), Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as that portion of Lot Ten (10) lying West of Paradise Road (also known as La. Highway 623) as said lot is designated as Tract '10-A-1' 1.00 AC., on that certificate of survey by Jerry L. Richey dated 4/22/20, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part thereof.
Said tract is provided ingress & egress by that Act of Predial Servitude recorded @COB 2147-494, filed 8/5/2020
