BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF FIERI FACIAS issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 11th day of February, 2026 the following property to-wit:
A CERTAIN PIECE, PARCEL OR TRACT OF LAND, TOGETHER WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS THEREON LOCATED AND ALL RIGHTS, WAYS, AND PRIVILEGES, THEREUNTO APPERTAINING BEING, LYING AND SITUATED IN RAPIDES PARISH, LOUISIANA BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT: LOT 19, OF SQUARE 6 OF BROADWAY SUBDIVISION, ALEXANDRIA, RAPIDES PARISH, LOUISIANA; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
Terms of Sale: FOR CASH "WITHOUT" APPRAISEMENT
