American Towers LLC is proposing to increase the height of an existing lattice telecommunications tower from 185 feet to 209-feet at 2740 Consear Road, Temperance, Monroe County, Michigan 48182, tax parcel ID: 02-020-002-00 (41 46 26.3 N, 83 36 45.5 W). The proposed modification will involve a change in lighting from no lights to FAA Style E (L-864/L-865/L-810), medium intensity flashing dual (white/red) strobe lights. American Towers LLC seeks comments from all interested persons on any potential significant impact the proposed action could have on the quality of the human environment pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 1.1307, including potential impacts to historic or cultural resources that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
