Redd and Joan I. Redd, husband and wife and mortgage executed by Robert L. Redd and Joan I. Redd, husband and wife to Next Home Mortgage and assigned to Plaintiff, who is the sole and absolute owner thereof. Said note, together with the mortgage given to secure the same are due and payable by reason of the failure of the Defendants Robert L. Redd and Joan I. Redd, husband and wife to pay the installments of principal when due.
