TAKE NOTICE that a hearing to declare the manufactured home located at 329 Dale Drive, Farmington, New York 14425 abandoned will be held on March 30, 2026, at 9:30 AM before Hon. Frederick G. Reed, J.S.C. at the Ontario County Supreme Court, County of Ontario, located at 27 North Main Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that if Respondent shall fail at such time to interpose and establish any defense that Respondent may have to petition, Respondent may be precluded from asserting such defense, or the claim on which it is based, in any other proceeding. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a final judgment may be rendered if the court finds that the petitioner has made the requisite showing; and that the result of that final judgment shall be the loss of the resident-respondent's home. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that demand is hereby made that you make an answer to the petition at least three days before the aforesaid date by serving an Answer upon Adams Leclair LLP, attorneys for Petitioner. WHEREFORE, demand is made in the petition for a declaration that the manufactured home has been abandoned, for an order stating that the manufactured home may be sold in lieu of removing the manufactured home, for judgment for all amounts due to Petition, and for such other and further relief set forth therein.
