The City of Lynn Haven hereby gives notice of the City's intent to revise the flood hazard information on Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) 12005C0334J generally located east of Lynn Haven Parkway, and south of East 26th Street. The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) Case No. 25-04-5205R for the Bedford Park development. Once the project has been completed, a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) request will be submitted that will, in part, revise the flood hazards for the existing 1% annual chance floodplain along an unnamed wetland and establish several unnamed ponding areas. 1. Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) will be established along the unnamed wetland and establish several unnamed ponding areas. 2.
