A) The regular monthly meetings shall normally take place on a Wednesday each month unless otherwise noted at 6:00 p.m. for an Executive Session in the Main Office Conference Room and/or Room D-111 of the J. P. Case Middle School and the Regular Meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. at the J.P. Case Middle School Room B132, 301 Case Boulevard, Flemington, New Jersey. (*Exceptions Noted) The schedule, to the extent known, is listed below. In the event of inclement weather, 48 hours' notice will be given if possible. B) Copies of this schedule shall be posted and remain posted throughout the entire year in the Board of Education Office, 50 Court Street. C) Copies of this resolution shall be sent to The Courier-News and posted on the district website in accordance with revised State code. D) Copies of this resolution shall also be mailed to the Municipal Clerks of the Township of Raritan and the Borough of Flemington. E) The Business Administrator/Board Secretary is directed to comply with paragraphs (b), (c), and (d) of this resolution within seven (7) days of its adoption.
