REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The City of Corpus Christi is currently accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for: RFQ 6916 - Owner’s Representative Services for the Inner Harbor Desalination Plant The RFQ is available on CivCast: https://www.civ castusa.com/bids. Please follow the instructions within the document. The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) will partially fund the project performed under this contract. Therefore, this contract is subject to all relevant TWDB requirements, including HUB (now VetHUB) reporting. Statements of Qualifications are due on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, by 3:00 PM CT. SOQs must be returned as instructed in the RFQ, either electronically via CivCast or on a USB/flash drive delivered to City Hall no later than the date and time specified in the RFQ. No hard copies are required or are being accepted.
