NOTICE OF LANDOWNERS AND BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
MEETING PORTOFINO VINEYARDS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given to all landowners within Portofino Vineyards Community Development District (the “District”) which is located in Lee County, Florida, lying within Sections 15, 22 and 23, Township 48 South, Range 25 East. The District encompasses 68.91 acres and is located in San Carlos Park approximately 1500‘ South of Sanibel Road on the East side of Three Oaks Parkway , advising that a meeting of landowners’ will be held for the purpose of electing five [5] Supervisors.

Each landowner may vote in person or by written proxy. Proxy forms may be obtained upon request at the office of the District Manager, Governmental Management Services, LLC, 5385 N. Nob Hill Rd., Sunrise, FL 33351. At said meeting each landowner or his proxy shall be entitled to cast one vote per acre of land owned by him and located within the District for each person to be elected. A fraction of an acre shall be treated as one acre.
Immediately following the landowners meeting there will be convened a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors for the purpose of considering certain organizational matters of the Board to include election of certain District officers, and other such business which may properly come before the Board.
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from Governmental Management Services, LLC, 5385 N. Nob Hill Rd., Sunrise, FL 33351. There may be an occasion where one or more supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this hearing is asked to contact the District Office at (954) 721-8681, at least 48 hours before the hearing.
A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
