LEGAL NOTICE   Notice is hereby given that the Stark Area Regional Transit Authority (SARTA) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for: RFQ 2026-01, Architecture and Engineering Services The full Request for Qualifications packet is available by going to SARTA’s website at (www.sartaonline.com/ about/doing-business). All vendors must register as a vendor through SARTA’s website to have access to the information packet. Information packets will be available online by January 12, 2026. This procurement will follow the requirements of the Brooks Act (40 USC 11) which requires qualifications to be reviewed prior to price negotiation. Any questions should be directed to John Michaels, Procurement Administrator, at 330-430-2275 or by email at jmichaels@sartaonline.com All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the requirements set forth in the RFQ and must be received at SARTA’s Main Offices located at 1600 Gateway Blvd SE, Canton, Ohio 44707 by 3:00pm EST, Thursday, February 12, 2026.
