LEGAL NOTICE   The Director of Public Service of the City of Canton, Ohio will accept sealed bids on or before 2:00 PM local time Tuesday, January 27, 2026, for the purpose of entering into contract for the purchase of Fire Hydrant and Fire Hydrant Repair Parts. The City will open bids publicly shortly after the deadline for the submission of bids  in the Sixth Floor Conference Room of Canton City Hall. Bidders may review the full legal notice and Invitation to Bid at https://cantonohio.gov/448/Purchasing-Procurement and submit bids according to its instructions. A certified check, cashier’s check or bid bond made payable to the City of Canton for ($500.00) must accompany the bid. The Board of Control reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid(s) deemed most beneficial to the City of Canton.
