Defendants Barbara Carol Smith, Deceased, and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assignees, Executors, Administrators and Representatives of Barbara Carol Smith, Deceased, et al and/or incompetent heirs of Barbara Carol Smith, Deceased; John Doe, Unknown Spouse if any of Barbara Carol Smith, Deceased, and if Deceased, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assignees, Executors, Administrators and Representatives of Barbara Carol Smith, Deceased, et al and the Unknown Guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Barbara Carol Smith, Deceased; Unknown Occupants of 1060 Uncapher Avenue, Marion, OH 43302 by Certified and Regular Mail at 1060 Uncapher Avenue, Marion, OH 43302 whose addresses are unknown, will take notice that on July 22, 2025 MARION COUNTY TREASURER filed a complaint in the Marion Common Pleas Court, Marion County, Ohio, being case no. 2025 CV 0342, seeking to foreclose upon and sell the following described real estate to collect unpaid real estate taxes and assessments: 1060 Uncapher Avenue, Marion, OH 43302, Marion County.
Defendants may file an answer in this case, which must be filed with the Marion Common Pleas Court, Marion County Clerk and a copy provided to the Marion County Prosecuting Attorney on or before 28 days from the last date of publication.
If Said Defendants do not appear and defend in this action, Plaintiff may take a judgment against them for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
