PUBLIC NOTICE January 2026 Advertisement of Bid Separate sealed bids for the Hurricane City Secondary Water Meter Project Phase II will be received by Hurricane City at the City offices at 147 North 870 West, Hurricane, UT 84737, until no later than 2:00 p.m., January 27th, 2026, and at that time in its Office, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The City reserves the right to not award the project to the low bidder. The project will include the installation of approximately 198 secondary water connections throughout the area of the City generally located north of Gould’s Wash. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularity. Copies of the Contract Documents and Specifications may be examined and/or obtained at the office of Alpha Engineering at 43 South 100 East, Suite 100, St. George, UT 84770 after January 11, 2026. Contractors will need to call (435) 628-6500 to be placed on the Plan Holders List and obtain a link for electronic Contract Documents and Specifications. All BIDDERS who submit a BID are required to be on the Plan Holders List. Addenda will only be provided to the plan holders that are on the Plan Holders List. If contractors would like a printed copy of the Contract Documents a printed set may be obtained for a fee of $75.00 per set no part of which is refundable.
