TO: James E. Grant, his executors, administrators, heirs, beneficiaries, successors or assigns, Myrtle G. Grant, Donald E. Grant, James Grant, Jr., his executors, administrators, heirs, beneficiaries, successors or assigns and to All the World, and occupants of the property and all other persons known and unknown, to whom it may concern.
TAKE NOTICE that on September 20, 2024, Tywanna Murray and Carlton Murray, Petitioners, did file in the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia, a petition to quiet title against the following described property, to wit:
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Chatham, City of Savannah, and known on the map or plan of said City as Lot 26, Springfield Terrace, Gamble Ward, having a frontage of 30 feet on the Eastern side of Allen Avenue and a rectangular depth in an Eastern direction of 100 feet and being bounded as follows: on the North by Lot 25, said Subdivision and Ward; on the East by Lor 31, said Subdivision and Ward; on the South by Lot 27, said Subdivision and Ward; and on the West by Allen Avenue.
Containing improvements thereon known as 1002 Allen Avenue, Savannah, Georgia 31415 and having PIN 2005026033B.
Subject, however, to all valid covenants, restrictions, easements, zoning ordinances and rights-of-way of record.
This notice is published pursuant to an order for service by publication dated January 9, 2026.
You are hereby commanded to be and appear at the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia, to make known your interest in said property and file your answer with the Court within 30 days of the date of the order for publication set forth herein.
