NOTICE The Hilltown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at the Hilltown Township Municipal Building, 13 West Creamery Road, Hilltown Township, Pennsylvania, for the purpose of hearing the following Appeal: Appeal No. 2025-010 of Brian A. Jackson-Prophete and Phyllis Jackson-O’Connor for the property located at 140 Fairhill Road, Hilltown Township and otherwise identified as Bucks County Tax Parcel No. 15-023-029-001. The subject property is located in the RR (Rural Residential) Zoning District. Applicant appeals an enforcement notice issued on September 5, 2025, which alleges violations of the following section of the Township Zoning Ordinance: Article VIII, Section 160-85.A (maintaining a trailer on the property after the expiration of the temporary permit) and seeks to allow the continued use of a trailer on the property.
