BY VIRTUE OF a certain Writ of Execution, issued out of the SUPREME COURT, COUNTY OF WESTCHESTER, and to me directed and delivered, I have levied upon and taken all the right, title, and interest of BRIDGET A GIDRON, in and to the following property located at, and known as 11 JACKSON AVENUE #74 SCARSDALE, NEW YORK 10583. Which 1 shall expose at public venue, as the law directs at the main entrance of the Westchester County Courthouse, 11 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. White Plains, N.Y. 10601 on the 12th day of March 2026, at 1000 hours in the forenoon of that day. Said premises is known as and by: 11 Jackson Avenue #74 Scarsdale, NY 10583, is described as follows: to wit:

The Unit designated as Unit No. 72 in the Declaration comprising The Willows Condominium, located partially in the Town of Greenburgh and partially in the City of Yonkers, Westchester County, New York, (hereinafter called the "Property") made under the Condominium Act of the State of New York, as amended (Article 9-B of the Real Property Law of the State of New York), dated October 29, 1975, and recorded in the Office of the County Clerk of Westchester County, Division of Land Records, on the 5th day of November, 1975, in Liber 7296 of Conveyance at Page 152 (hereinafter called the "Declaration"), which Unit is also designated as Tax Lot No. 274 on the Floor Plans of the Building, certified by Louis G. Kuless, Architect, and filed simultaneously with said Declaration in the Office of the County Clerk of Westchester County, Division of Land Records as Map No. 18651 (hereinafter called the "Unit").
The land upon which the building containing the Unit is locate on is described as follows:

BEGINNING at a jog in the westerly side of Fort Hill Road, as widened also known as Fort Hill Avenue, formerly Tuckahoe Road which said job adjoins the lands formerly of Mifco Realty Corporation;
RUNNING thence partly along Fort Hill Road, as widened; also known as Fort Hill Avenue, formerly Tuckahoe Road, and partly along land now or formerly of Mefco Realty Corporation, as now shown on Section I Map of Hearthstone, R.O. Map No. 6904, South 64 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds West 422.61 feet to a point and other land now or formerly of Mefco Realty Corporation;
THENCE along said land now of formerly of Mefco Realty Corporation forming the westerly boundary of premises herein, being described the following three courses and distances:

1. NORTH 30 degrees 12 minutes 20 seconds West 247.10 feet to a point;

THENCE along said last mentioned lands, North 51 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds East 532.03 feet to a point on the westerly side of Jackson Avenue, as widened;
THENCE along said westerly side of Jackson Avenue and continuing along the westerly side of Fort Hill Road as widened also known as Fort Hill Avenue, formerly Tuckahoe Road following two courses and distances;
1. On a curve to the right having a radius of 688.00 feet a length of 389.91 feet to a point, and
2. SOUTH 10 degrees 32 minutes 50 seconds East 168.77 feet to a jog in the westerly side of Fort Hill Road, as widened also known as Fort Hill Avenue, formerly Tuckahoe Road and the point or place of BEGNNfr.JG.
TOGETHER with an undivided I .2422 percent interest in the common elements of the Property described in said Declaration;
TOGETHER with an easement for the exclusive use of garage NO. 74 as shown on the Floor Plan of the Building filed simultaneously with the Declaration in the Office of the County Clerk of Westchester County, Division of Land Records as Map No. 18651 and 18805.
