Request for Qualifications (RFQ No: 02272026)   Master Developer for Yamacraw Village   The Housing Authority of Savannah has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Master Developer for Yamacraw Village, a property owned and managed by the Agency. The Agency is seeking Statements of Qualifications from experienced development teams for the creation and implementation of a mixed-finance and mixed-income community for Yamacraw Village.   A pre-qualification meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Yamacraw Village Community Center located at 349 W. Bryan Street, Savannah, GA 31401. While this meeting is not mandatory, all potential contractors are encouraged to be in attendance.
