WU-02-26 RFQ The City of San Angelo Water Utilities Department is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from trusted and qualified firms to provide timely and cost-effective specialized engineering services for the City’s Manganese (Mn), Natural Organic Matter (NOM), and Disinfection Byproducts (DBP) Control Evaluation Project.
