(CST) on Friday, January 30, 2026 at the Physical Plant Department conference room, located at 118 College Drive #5080, Hattiesburg, Mississippi 39406, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.   A general description of the project is as follows:   Substation Vacuum Circuit Breakers (Material Only) as described in this Specifications and Materialman’s Proposal.   Contract Documents: Specifications and bidding documents may be examined at the address stated above or are available via digital copy.
