PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th day of January, 2026 in the Municipal Building of the Township of Wall, 2700 Allaire Road, Wall Township, New Jersey, the Planning Board will hold a hearing on the application of the undersigned, at which time and place all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
The premises in question is located in the R-7.5 Zone, Block 27, Lots 3 & 4, commonly known as 908 and 916 4th Avenue, Wall, New Jersey 07719. The applicant will seek the approval for Minor Subdivision to move the common line between Lots 3 and 4 fifteen feet westerly. New Lot 3.01 to become 110 feet wide and New Lot 4.01 to become 40 feet wide, together with the following variances: (1) minimum lot area, minimum lot width, minimum lot frontage and maximum building lot coverage and maximum impervious coverage; and the following design waivers: (1) waiver from showing all exiting roadways, curbs, sidewalks, buildings, structures and paved areas within 200 feet of the site and (2) from providing an environmental impact statement, together with such other relief, variances and design waivers as may be required.
Plans have been filed with the Clerk of the Planning Board/Board of Adjustment ard are available for your review at the Wall Township Planning Board/Board of Adjustment, 2700 Allaire Road, Wall Township, New Jerey during normal business hours.
