It is contemplated that the main/home offices and branch offices of the above-named banks will continue to operate, except that Stearns Bank National Association is applying for permission to establish a branch office at 580 Main Street, Holdingford, MN 56340 to hold the purchased assets and assumed liabilities. This notice is published pursuant to 12 U.S.C. § 1828(c) and 12 CFR § 5.33.
