Solicitation documents and addenda may be downloaded at the Arizona Procurement Portal -https://app.az.gov/. It is the contractor's sole responsibility to obtain all addenda from the Arizona Procurement Portal prior to submitting their SOQ, and to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the addenda in their submittal as instructed.
