Alexa Buchanan, John Doe, name unknown, spouse of Alexa Buchanan, will take notice that the Plaintiff, Equity Resources, Inc., filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Guernsey County, Ohio, with the above reference case number. The object of and demand for relief in the Complaint is to foreclose upon the Plaintiff’s Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which the Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendant(s) have or claim to have an interest:
Situated in the Township of Cambridge, County of Guernsey, and State of Ohio:
Situated in part of the Northeast Quarter of Section # 13, Cambridge Township, Township # 2 North, Range #3 West, Guernsey County, Ohio and being 1.020 acres more or less in the United States Military Lands District and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a stone found at the Northeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section # 13.
Thence with the East line of Section # 13 South 01 deg. 20' 24" West a distance of 576.63 feet to a one inch pipe found.
Thence North 88 deg. 34' 02" West a distance of 599.57 feet to an iron pin found.
Thence North 88 deg. 17' 33" West a distance of 96.43 feet to survey angle point in a ravine the BEGINNING
Thence with the lands of now or formerly Martha Salmans as found in Volume 371, Page 59 South 00 deg. 42' 08" West a distance of 254.58 feet to an iron pin set (by a leaning pipe found) at the Southwest Corner of Lot # 10 of Henderson Heights Addition as found in Cabinet #2 Slide # 231 (having passed through an iron pin set at a distance of 35.00 feet).
Thence South 00 deg. 42' 08" West a distance of 30.00 feet to an iron pin found.
Thence with the lands of now or formerly William Baker Holdings, LLC. as found in Official Record Book 532, Page 525 the following three (3) calls:
1. North 59 deg. 49' 14" West a distance of 57.45 feet to an iron pin found.
2. South 88 deg. 43' 09" West a distance of 118.35 feet to a square iron pin found.
3. North 00 deg. 32' 33" East a distance of 263.37 feet to a square iron pin found.
Thence with the lands of now or formerly Thomas Tribbie as found in Official Record Book 309, Page 890 South 88 deg. 17' 33" East a distance of 169.05 feet to the beginning and containing 1.020 acres more or less and being all of the property conveyed to Ruth Annette Wilson and Mary Grace Searls as found in Official Record Book 300, Page 939.
Also the right to use a right-of-way for ingress and egress for the above described property and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin set at the Southwest Corner of Lot # 10 of Henderson Heights Addition. Thence with the North line of Lot #10 and with the lands of now or formerly Martha Salmans as found in Volume 371, Page 59 South 74 deg. 22' 12" East a distance of 72.39 feet to a survey angle point in the Existing centerline of Clinton Rd.
Thence with the centerline of Clinton Road the following two (2) calls:
1. South 04 deg. 41' 35" West a distance of 18.00 feet in a survey angle point.
2. South 12 deg. 44' 34" East a distance of 12.86 feet to 2 survey angle point.
Thence leaving the center of said road and with the North line of Lot # 9 and with the lands of now or formerly Gene and Nancy Willaman as found in Volume 385, Page 532 North 74 deg. 22' 12" West a distance of 74.19 feet 10 an iron pin found.
Thence with the lands of now or formerly Mary Grace Searls and Ruth Annette Wilson as found in Official Record Book 300, Page 939 North 00 deg. 42' 08" East a distance of 30.00 feet to the beginning and being all of the above described right-of-way.
Subject to all easements or leases of public record.
Bearings are from a GPS observation and are for angle calculations only and are based on the East line of Section #13 and used as South 01 deg. 20' 24" West.
Iron pins set are 5/8 inch rebar 30 inches long, capped G. SALING-7192.
A survey of the above described property was made by Gary D. Saling, Registered Surveyor #S- 7192 on August 8, 2017.
Subject to all legal highways, easements, restrictions and right of ways of record.

The Defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) day after the last publication of the legal notice. This legal notice will be published once a week for three successive weeks.
