LUCIE County, Florida. PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff and EDYTH VANESSA UMANA-REYES A/K/A EDYTH VANESSA UMANA REYES; TAH-QUAN LIONEL WILKES; BENT CREEK MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MS RIALTO BENT CREEK FL, LLC, AN INACTIVE FOREIGN LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, are defendants.
