The Greater Boca Raton Beach and Park District will receive sealed proposals until 11:00 a.m., February 18, 2026, for the North Park Phase I Project, located at 5800 NW 2nd Avenue, Boca Raton, FL.   The project consists of construction of an approximately 69.49-acre recreational park, including multipurpose and mountain bike/hiking trails, dog park, playgrounds, restroom and maintenance buildings, parking areas, and related infrastructure improvements.
