Notice of Planning Board Special Permit Public Hearing -Common Driveway-   The Ashburnham Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday January 28, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the Town Hall Lower Level Meeting Room as prescribed in the Zoning Act (MGL Chapter 40 A) on the application of Scott & Kelly Miller for a special permit per Chapter 418 of the Planning Board Regulations and Section 5.11 of the Ashburnham Zoning Bylaws for a common driveway on property located on 92 and 96 Winchendon Road in the RB Zoning District.   A copy of the application and plan may be inspected at the Ashburnham Land Use Office or via email to mdennis@ashburnham-ma.gov   Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the application should appear at the time and place designated.   Marshall W.
