Behavioral Health Board Notice of Public Hearing Notice Is Hereby Given that the Siskiyou County Behavioral Health Board will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 3:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at 2060 Campus Drive, Yreka, CA, to seek approval to proceed with an update to the FY 2024-25 MHSA Annual Upate. The purpose of the public hearing will be to give the public an opportunity to make their comments known. In addition, information may be obtained at the Siskiyou County Health and Human Services Agency, Behavioral Health Division, 2060 Campus Drive, Yreka, CA 96097, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday or on the County website at www.co.siskiyou.ca.us/behavioralhealth/page/ The public may attend by ZOOM/teleconference or in person. All interested persons are invited to be present and be heard thereon or present comments in writing to the Siskiyou County Behavioral Health Executive Secretary, 2060 Campus Drive, Yreka, CA 96097. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, you may direct written comments to the Behavioral Health Board Executive Secretary, 2060 Campus Drive, Yreka, CA 96097 or the following email khargrove@co.siskiyou.ca.us. All items presented to the Board during a public hearing, including but not limited to, letters, e-mail, petitions, photos, or maps, become a permanent part of the record and must be submitted to the Executive Secretary of the Board. It is advised that the presenter bring 7 copies of anything presented to the Board and that the presenter create copies in advance for their own records. All public records related to an open session item on the agenda, which are not exempt from disclosure pursuant to the California Public Records Act, that are distributed to a majority of the legislative body will be available for public inspection at 2060 Campus Drive, Yreka CA 96097 at the same time that the public records are distributed or made available to a majority of the members of the legislative body. All supporting documentation is available for public review in the office of the Executive Secretary of the Behavioral Health Board, located in the Siskiyou County Behavioral Health Office, 2060 Campus Drive, Yreka, CA 96097, during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
