PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that an appeal has been filed with the Zoning Hearing Board of Millcreek Township, Erie County, PA by the following: KDP Lot 2, LLC, for property located at 5008 West Ridge Road, seeking a parking variance to exceed the maximum amount of parking for a Professional Service in the MU-2 Corridor Mixed Use District. Westminster Place Partnership, for property located at Village Common Drive (tax parcel ID 33-123-418.0-024.04), seeking a parking variance to exceed the maximum amount of parking for a Professional Service in the MU-2 Corridor Mixed Use District. A public hearing will be held on said petition on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Millcreek Township Assembly Room, 3608 West 26th Street, at which time and place all persons interested may be heard if they so desire.
