Legal Notice The Warren County School District is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the project known as the YEMS, SAEMS, & WAHS Paving Project, WCSD #2601, which consists of removing, milling, and repairing the existing paving and base and installing new 1-1/2” bituminous wearing course, binder, and base as indicated on the site plans for Youngsville Elementary and Middle School (YEMS), Sheffield Area Elementary and Middle School (SAEMS), and Warren Area High School (WAHS). This would also include new concrete catch basin aprons at YEMS and SAEMS, new concrete walks at SAEMS, and a new concrete stair, walk, and railing at WAHS. All existing pavement markings are to be repainted in their original location. A pre-bid conference will be held on January 27, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the District’s Central Administrative Office, 6820 Market Street, Russell, PA 16345. The bid opening date will be February 10, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the District’s Central Administrative Office.
