NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Shippingport will conduct a public hearing on January 28, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Shippingport Community Building, S.R. 3016, Shippingport, Pennsylvania to receive public comments in consideration of the Application of Aligned Data Centers for approval of a conditional use on Tax Parcel numbers: 50-005-0300.000; 50-172-0185.000; 50-182-0160P00; 50-005-0300.008; 50-005-0300.007; 50-005-0301.000. Unless the hearing is adjourned to another date, the Council will convene a public meeting at the aforesaid location following the close of the hearing at which time it will consider taking official action on the aforesaid application for conditional use.
