Pursuant to the requirements of Senate Bill 4654, signed into law by the State of New Jersey, this is to advise all interested parties that the Borough of Rumson has established an official Public Notices webpage.   All legal and public notices required by law beginning January 1, 2026 will be posted in full on the Borough’s website at www.rumsonnj.gov/public-notices. The public may access, review, and archive all notices as of January 1, 2026 free of charge. The Borough will also maintain an online archive of such notices for a period of at least one year beginning January 1, 2026.   Pursuant to the aforementioned bill, all official public notices required by law to be published in the municipality’s official newspaper will also be published in print January 1, 2026 through February 28, 2026. As of March 1, 2026, all official public notices will be posted on www.rumsonnj.gov/public-notices.   The Borough will publish this notice via print in the Asbury Park Press and the Two River Times twice each month from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.
