CITY OF POUGHKEEPSIE, NEW YORK ADVERTISEMENT AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS Beginning Immediately, sealed proposals are sought and invited by the City of Poughkeepsies' Joint Water Board (The Board) for RFP-COP-05-25-04 Consulting Services for Comprehensive Drinking Water Facilities Plan, from consultants with expertise in planning and water treatment. The plan is intended to guide the Board in maintaining and improving the current facility over the next 20 years serving its current and future customers. The Board intends to consider qualified firms that possess the professional capabilities to provide the services listed herein. Proposals will be received by the Board of Contract and Supply, c/o Karen Sorrell, Deputy Commissioner of Finance, 62 Civic Center Plaza, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 until 2:30 pm on February 11, 2026, after which time they will be opened but not read aloud in the Common Council Chambers, located on the 2rd floor of City Hall. Proposals may be hand delivered at any time prior to the bid opening. Late proposals will not be accepted.
