Sheboygan County Request for Proposals Redevelopment and Leasing of Two Commercial Buildings UW-Green Bay, Sheboygan County Campus Sheboygan County is seeking proposals for the redevelopment and long-term leasing of two underutilized commercial buildings located on the UW-Green Bay-Sheboygan County Campus in Sheboygan WI. A separate proposal for each building will be required from respondents based upon their interest in one or both of the buildings. Interested individuals or organizations may obtain a complete set of proposal documents by contacting the Sheboygan County Purchasing Agent at (920)459-1342 or via email at bernie.rammer@sheboygancounty.com The County is interested in rehabilitation and leasing of the Physical Education Building, an 18,750 square foot single story structure and the Fine Arts Building/Auditorium, a 24,356 square foot two story structure. In order to be considered, proposals consistent with the specifications provided in the proposal documents need to be received in the office of the Purchasing agent no later than 12:00 pm local time on Thursday February 26, 2026. Proposals received will then be reviewed and scored by a cross-functional team and rated accordingly. If necessary, the County may request in-person interviews with those individuals or organizations submitting a proposal. All proposals become the property of the County of Sheboygan and shall remain in effect for not less than ninety (90) days following the due date of the proposals. Any leases, agreements or contract arising from this solicitation are subject to approval of the Sheboygan County Board of Supervisors. Sheboygan County reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, waive any informality associated with the process and award any leases or contracts arising from this solicitation deemed to be in the best interest of Sheboygan County.
