NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Plover Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the Plover Municipal Center Board Room, 2400 Post Road, Plover, WI 54467, to consider the following: Rezoning Request – Empire Holdings LLC seeks approval of a rezone from General Business District (B-2) to Compact Single-Family Residential District (R-3) and Multifamily Residential District (R-6) to allow for a new residential subdivision consisting of single-family homes and twin homes. Subject property consists of 17 acres located along Post Rd. and Wilson Ave. Legally described as Lot 2, Certified Survey Map No. 012036, located in the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, section 28, township 23 north, range 8 east, Village of Plover, PIN: 173230828-01.13.
