REQUEST FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES Notice is hereby given that the Public Works Committee of the Steuben County Legislature and the Commissioner of Public Works is seeking a fully-certified Code Enforcement Official (CEO) to enforce the Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code (Uniform Code) and State Energy Conservation Construction Code (Energy Code) in the Town of Addison, NY, the Town of Campbell, NY, and the Town of Tuscarora on behalf of Steuben County; GC-26-006-P. Requests for proposal forms, scope of services and general provisions are available at the Steuben County Purchasing Department, 3 E. Pulteney Square, Bath, N.Y. 14810. These documents are also available on the Steuben County website, www.steubencountyny.gov. Interested parties assume all responsibility to acquire proposal information and forms. To be considered, proposals must be submitted on Steuben County forms and delivered in a sealed opaque envelope. Proposals will be received at the Purchasing Department until 1:30 P.M. local time on February 19, 2026; at which time proposals will be opened and acknowledged as received.
