UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF EXECUTION AND ORDER OF SALE issued out of and under the seal of Superior Court of Maricopa County, State of Arizona, on the 2nd day of December, 2025, and to me as Sheriff of said County duly directed and delivered in the above entitled action: WHEREAS, on the 21st day of May, 2025, the above-named Plaintiff recovered a Judgment in the above-styled Court against the Defendants, Leo Keen fka Leo Andrew Keegan, III and Elizabeth Keen fka Elizabeth Mary Keegan, as follows: Awarding Plaintiff a monetary judgment in the amount of $4,762.79; Awarding Plaintiff taxable costs against the Defendants in the amount of $664.90; Awarding Plaintiff reasonable attorneys’ fees against the Defendants in the amount of $2,850.00; Awarding Plaintiff post-judgment interest against the Defendants at the statutory rate of 8.5% until the entire Judgment (which totals $8,277.69) is paid in full; Including payments received on or after May 21, 2025, totaling $719.00 credited upon the Judgment, thus leaving a Judgment balance of $7,558.69, plus costs of Sheriff’s Sale, together with a foreclosure of Plaintiff’s lien against the Defendants, on the following described real property, to-wit: Lot 10, of MARBELLA RANCH PARCEL 2 PHASE 1, according to the plat of record in the office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, recorded in Book 1340 of Maps, Page 01. AKA: 12515 West Glenn Drive, Glendale, Arizona 85307.
