REAL PROPERTY ON SPECIAL
EXECUTION AND ORDER OF SALE
CRYSTAL POINT AVONDALE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, an Arizona non-profit corporation, Plaintiff(s),
vs.
JOHN H. NOWLIN aka JOHN H. NOWLIN, JR.; JOHN DOES and JANE DOES I through X; BLACK CORPORATIONS I through X; and WHITE PARTNERSHIPS I through X, Defendant(s).
UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF EXECUTION AND ORDER OF SALE issued out of and under the seal of Superior Court of Maricopa County, State of Arizona, on the 25th day of November, 2025, and to me as Sheriff of said County duly directed and delivered in the above entitled action:
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of November, 2025, the above-named Plaintiff recovered a Judgment in the above-styled Court against the Defendant, John H. Nowlin, as follows:
Amount of Judgment -- $7,632.81; Costs to date, not included in amount of the Judgment -- $33.00; Accrued interest to date -- $0.00; Attorneys' fees -- $1,300.00.
Taking into consideration any payments made on that Judgment, and interest to date, the total amount due on that Judgment is $8,965.81, plus costs of Sheriff's sale together with a foreclosure of Plaintiff's lien against the Defendant, on the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot 234, AMENDED FINAL PLAT of CRYSTAL POINT, according to the plat of record in the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, recorded in Book 434 of Maps, Page 1 and Amended in Book 474 of Maps, Page 49.
AKA: 11221 W. Holly St., Avondale, AZ 85392.
NOW, THEREFORE, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 5th day of February, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. at 301 West Jefferson Street, Room 250-8*, in the City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, State of Arizona, I will in obedience to said Execution and Order of Sale, sell all the right, title, claim and interest of the above named debtor, in, of and to the above described property at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds only, in lawful money of the United States, and apply the proceeds thereof to the payment and satisfaction of said judgment, together with the interest that may be due thereon and all costs of suit and accruing costs.
