All bids must be filed on the required State Form 96, properly signed and executed as evidence of financial responsibility and filed with Stacy Mopps, Chief of Operations, of Richmond Community Schools at 300 Hub Etchison Parkway, Richmond, Indiana 47374 . Each bidder shall submit either a bond, money order, cashier’s check or certified check for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, made payable to Richmond Community Schools. Facsimile delivered bid forms will not be accepted. All bids must be made in compliance with the laws governing such matters and the Board of School Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the lowest responsible and responsive bid, not necessarily the low bid, or to accept bids on one or more separate items.
