Defendant(s), John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Sue Ann Sheeley, whose last known address is 516 Poplar St NW, Bolivar, OH 44612, Nelson Day And Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Nelson Day, whose last known address is 3034 13th St NW, Canton, OH 44706 And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, and Assigns of Sue Ann Sheeley, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on November 20, 2025, Tax Ease OH V, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2025 CF 11 1331, Tuscarawas County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Sue Ann Sheeley, Nelson Day, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Nelson Day And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, and Assigns of Sue Ann Sheeley, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the Village of Bolivar, County of Tuscarawas, and State of Ohio:
Known as and being Lot Number Nine (9) in the Evans Addition to said Town Bolivar, Ohio. Said Lot has been renumbered Number 307, in said Town of Bolivar, Ohio, for taxation purposes.
Premises commonly known as: 516 SW Poplar St., Bolivar, OH 44612

The Plaintiff further alleges that it is the holder of tax certificates purchased from the county treasurer, that the certificates are valid and have not been redeemed. The Plaintiff demands that the named defendants be required to set forth their interest in response to the Plaintiff's complaint.
The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer the complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice on February 26, 2026.
