REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS   RE Smith Construction Company, the Construction Manager, is soliciting bids from Qualified Subcontractors for Willard Public School District on the project, Willard Middle School Renovations.   The Construction Manager will accept sealed bid package proposals on February 5th, 2026 on or before 2:00 p.m. Bids will be received at the Willard Public School District at 500 Kime St. Willard, MO 65781. Sealed bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:01 p.m. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be January 15th, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the project site – 205 Miller Rd.
