LEGAL NOTICE:   Please take notice that pursuant to P.L. 2025, c.72 (C.35:3-1 et al.) the Borough Council of the Borough of South Plainfield is required to provide notice starting January 1, 2026 and at least twice per month through December 31, 2026 to alert the public that the Borough of South Plainfield will henceforth post a complete text of each required legal notice on the Borough’s official website located at https://www.southplainfieldnj .com/spnj/ commencing on March 1, 2026 whereby citizens shall find a direct hyperlink titled “Legal Notices” conspicuously placed on the Borough’s homepage. Further, until the N.J. Secretary of State establishes the legal notices hyperlinks internet webpage pursuant to subsection b. of section 2 of P.L.2025, c.72 (C.35:3-1 et al.) the Borough shall be deemed to have satisfied the requirements of P.L.2025, c.72 (C.35:3-1 et al.) without publication of the public entity’s hyperlink on the internet webpage to be established pursuant to subsection b. of section 2 of P.L. 2025, c.72 (C.35:3-2).   Amy Antonides, RMC/CMC/CMR Municipal Clerk 1/15, 1/30, 2026 ($39.00)
