PUBLIC NOTICE Eatontown Sewerage Authority   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, in compliance with P.L. 2025, c. 72, enacted on June 30, 2025, the Eatontown Sewerage Authority will publish all of its public and legal notices on the official website of the Eatontown Sewerage Authority beginning March 1, 2026.   A website section containing the notices may be accessed as of March 1, 2026 via a button to be labeled “Public & Legal Notices” located on the front of the Eatontown Sewerage Authority homepage at: www.theesa.org   The notices also will be shared for publication on the website of the New Jersey Department of State (NJDOS) effective March 1, 2026, pursuant to P.L. 2025, c. 72 and N.J.S.A. 35:31-1 to 5. The NJDOS has announced that it is working to finalize the hyperlink intake process.
