REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS San Patricio County NOTICE is hereby given that the County of San Patricio, Texas, is requesting qualifications (RFQ) for Engineering Services for San Patricio County's D239 Sinton & Taft Construction Projects. These services are being solicited to assist the County of San Patricio, Texas who has been approved for Construction Management and Design Review by the CDBG GLO Mitigation Hurricane Harvey funds. Proposals must be received by the County no later than 2:00PM on January 29th, 2026 to be considered. Any proposal delivered or received after 2:00 pm will not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the addressee. The County reserves the right to reject any or all submissions. San Patricio County issues payments via check, no ACH or other types of payments allowed. The type of bond required is a bid bond. All bids must be clearly marked “RFQ2025-005 - D239 Construction Management & Design Review”.
