By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Friday, August 29, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
A CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND IDENTIFIED AS LOT 227 ON THAT CERTAIN PLAT PREPARED BY EARLES AND ASSOCIATES ON JUNE 30, 1994, APPROVED BY ASCENSION PARISH ON JUNE 22, 1994, RECORDED AT ENTRY NO. 341266, FURTHER IDENTIFIED AS LOTS 227-A, 227-B, 227-C, AND 227-D AS PER RESUBDIVISION PLAN PREPARED BY TODD FARRAR, DATED SEPTEMBER 5, 2006, APPROVED BY ASCENSION PARISH AND RECORDED AT ENTRY NO. 650849, MORE SPECIFICALLY LOT 227-B; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED/MOBILE HOME SITUATED ON THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY, BEING A 2012 LEXINGTON - MOBILE HOME, SERIAL NO. LH0112W7384AB, WHICH SAID MANUFACTURED HOME/MOBILE HOME WAS IMMOBILIZED PURSUANT TO DECLARATION OF IMMOBILIZATION DATED MAY 19, 2021 AND FILED FOR RECORD AS INSTRUMENT NO. 1026454 OF THE RECORDS OF ASCENSION PARISH, LOUISIANA.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND AND HUNDRED FIFTY NINE DOLLARS AND TWENTY NINE CENTS ($150,059.29) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
