By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Tuesday, November 18, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
ONE (1) CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATED IN SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 9 SOUTH, RANGE 2 EAST, PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, IN THAT SUBDIVISION THEREOF KNOWN AS SILVERSTONE, FIRST FILING, PART II, AND BEING DESIGNATED ON THE FINAL PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION, ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK AND RECORDER IN AND FOR SAID PARISH AND STATE (INSTRUMENT NO. 359728) AS LOT FORTY-SIX (46), SAID SUBDIVISION. SAID LOT HAS SUCH DIMENSIONS AND MEASUREMENTS ALONG SUCH BEARINGS AND BEING SUBJECT TO SUCH SERVITUDES, BUILDING LINES, RESTRICTIONS AND DEDICATIONS AS MORE FULLY SHOWN ON SAID SUBDIVISION MAP. And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE DOLLARS AND THIRTY ONE CENTS ($47,983.31) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
