TOWN OF SPRING LAKE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ANNEXATION AND REZONING ORDINANCE The public will take notice that the Town of Spring Lake Board of Commissioners adopted an Ordinance pursuant to Chapter 160A, Article 4A, Part 1 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, annexing and rezoning as of January 12, 2026, the territory described below. Said Ordinance was adopted on Monday, January 12, 2026.
