Village of Lakemore, Ohio Sanitary Sewer Improvements – Phase 2 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the Sanitary Sewer Improvements – Phase 2 will be received by the Village of Lakemore, Ohio at the Administration Building, 1400 Main Street, Suite C, Lakemore, Ohio 44250, until 11:00 a.m. local time on February 6, 2026, and all Bids received will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter. A general description of the work is as follows: Rehabilitate approximately 13,829 feet of sanitary sewer with cured-in-place pipe lining, including 32 manholes and 104 sanitary laterals. Replace approximately 1,559 feet of sanitary sewer, including 8 manholes and 20 sewer laterals. Install approximately 900 feet of new water lines. And full-depth replacement of approximately 900 feet of roadway. The Opinion of Probable Construction Cost for the project is $2,859,452.00. Unit price bids will be received for a single prime Contract. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is AA Blueprint, 2757 Gilchrist Road, Akron, Ohio, 44305, Phone: 1-800-821-3700. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or view on-line at www.aablueprint.com.
