LEGAL NOTICE   Pursuant to Section 1545.09 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Stark County Park District Board of Park Commissioners, at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, adopted the updated Constitution and By-Laws of the Stark County Park District, Board of Park Commissioners via Resolution #26-01-007. The Constitution and By-Laws shall take effect on February 10th, 2026.
