The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Lloyd G. Miller, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on December 22, 2025, the Plaintiff, Greenspring Capital Man-agement LLC, not in it's individual capacity but solely as administrator of RMH 2023-3 Trust, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2025 CV 01356, in the Court of Common Pleas of Fairfield County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 4766 Lancaster Kirkersville Road, Lancaster, OH 43130, Permanent Parcel No. 013-00306.00, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Lloyd G. Miller are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Lloyd G. Miller failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
